Clevenio, a software company specializing in streamlining sales prospecting, has tripled its growth early this year compared to the previous year. Launched in January 2025, the tool has quickly achieved a solid market position and expanded to its first international customers. As the pace of growth accelerates, the company is strengthening its organization to meet the demands of the next phase: current Chief Revenue Officer and Co-founder Santtu Seppänen is appointed as Chief Executive Officer, and Co-founder Aleksi Halsas transitions to lead AI development as Chief AI Officer.

In January 2025, Clevenio introduced a tool to the market that eliminates the wasted time spent on manually creating sales prospect lists. The solution has been exceptionally well received: the company has already acquired over 250 active customers, and customer satisfaction is top-tier, reflected in an NPS score of 95.

Strong domestic success and the first international breakthroughs have proven that product development and commercialization have reached a level that enables the transition to the next growth phase.

From product development to organized growth

Clevenio’s 3x growth earlier this year means the company must rapidly strengthen its commercial teams. To meet demand and scale operations, Clevenio is making significant organizational changes.

The company’s co-founder and former CEO is transitioning into a new role as Chief AI Officer. With a strong background in global SaaS product development and leadership, he will now focus on advancing the company’s technological edge and developing AI agents. Santtu Seppänen has been appointed as the new CEO, tasked with leading Clevenio’s growth and building a scalable organization.

Both Clevenio’s investor Gorilla Capital and Aleksi Halsas, who will continue as Chairman of the Board, see the timing for the change as optimal.
