THE METHOD
How does Clevenio map your market?
Local business registers provide the foundation, and Clevenio cross-references them with publicly available data across the web, matching the right decision-makers to the right companies. The whole dataset is monitored continuously and updated as your market changes.
01
Public business registers
The base layer. Every company we map starts here. Public business registers provide us with every legal entity, pulled straight from official sources rather than scraped from the web. This is the layer that ensures the companies in your CRM actually exist and are structured as the registers say they are.
02
Web and open data
The context. Registers tell you a company exists, but they don't tell you what it does or who works there. We continuously collect signals from company websites, press releases, hiring pages, social media and public filings to understand what each company actually does today, who its people are, and what has changed this quarter.
03
AI-powered matching, with a check on top
The connection. AI does the matching at scale, and every match then goes through a verification step before it's committed. What lands in your CRM is a real person in a real role, not a best guess from a language model. When automation isn't enough, a Clevenio specialist reviews edge cases during the first one to two weeks of your build-up phase.
